Aphelion provides public opinion management and intelligence software to governments and public bodies. We offer three products CiviQ Submissions, CiviQ Consultation and CiviQ Deliberation. Each of these aim to capture, structure and visualise shifts during live meetings respectively. With CiviQ opinion can be tracked through issues and decision processes over time; shared perspectives underlying public opinion are uncovered; and using a novel processes meetings can be structured for improved conflict management supported by the visualisation of convergence/divergence of perspectives during deliberations.
