CUCKOO is an Irish web dramedy. Set and produced in Dublin it follows the teen struggle of Niamh Keegan who believes her parents kidnapped her. She is a red head and they are raven. The 27 minute pilot to date has clocked up several awards including: 'Best Drama' ' at Hollyweb Festival in LA alongside 7 outstanding awards at LA webfest, awards in Las Vegas and Atlanta and also at the LOVIES (European internet awards in the UK). CUCKOO was also a drama award webby nominee (up against Tom Hanks 'Electric City and AMC 'Walking Dead'). It has screened at festivals in Geneva, Rome, Melbourne and Marseille.Next month it screens in Vancouver & Toronto. Made for an online audience of 16+ male/female. CUCKOO is a transmedia entertainment project in development. Initial funding provided by RTÉ.
