We are a specialist dementia daycare service in Rathcoole Co. Dublin and hold genuine ambition to transform dementia care in Ireland. We are very passionate about what we do and intend to have a significant positive impact on people living with dementia and those who care for them. We share in the richness of new experiences and treasure individual contribution to the life of our community. Specialist Dementia Daycare & Services (SDDS) is providing a unique dementia specific day care centre where individualized care plans ensure the provision of meaningful activities that focus on the abilities of our clients rather than their disabilities. Our facility is a social outlet, incorporating inter generational community based programmes with qualified specialists in gerontology and dementia specific care. We incorporate family therapeutic services and support through focus groups and counselling and additionally are advocates for education and training in dementia specific care.
